Founded in 2009, The Blackstar Group has evolved into one of the UK's most prestigious customer acquisition and marketing agencies. Based in Nottingham, we have recently expanded to Birmingham and plan to open in more major UK cities.
Working with a range of clients, from well established multi national brands to B Corp start ups, our aim is simply to grow brand awareness and gain long-term customers through our unique and face to face campaigns.
What we do - and why is it so effective?
In a world where everything is becoming increasingly digitalised, human interaction is substantially less - hence the rise in online marketing. Did you know that on average, consumers are exposed to around 5,000 online adverts and messages every day? That might sound ridiculously high but we promise - it's fact. Google it.
The human brain simply cannot process that amount of information, and in an already saturated and competitive market, it can be difficult for brands to get the attention they need to grow. This is where we step in.
At Blackstar, we do things differently. We pride ourselves on a more tailored, personalised approach to marketing. Our
ability to engage customers through face to face interaction and bring brands to life gives our clients the exposure necessary to substantially grow, whilst providing a direct return of investment (ROI). Through our Events, Residential and Business to Business campaigns, not only do we make our clients happy, but we have a lot of fun doing it.

Every week we head out to bars, restaurants, crazy golf, bowling, you name it! It's a great way to socialise with the rest of the team and celebrate our successes.
BRAND AMBASSADOR MEET UPS
Usually held in major European cites such as London, Madrid, Brussels or Paris this is a great opportunity for newer Brand Ambassador's to network and meet other BA's from different organisations. Lasting around two days, expect education, dinner, drinks... and maybe some more drinks.
ENTREPRENEUR MEET UPS
Held every quarter, the Entrepreneur meet-ups are an opportunity for the top performing BA's in the industry to come together to share success and education! Often these are held internationally so gives us a chance to explore new places.
